On January 14, 2008 we reported that CalTrans had not plowed areas to park at the summer trailhead for Thunder Mountain nor to the west adjacent to Martin Meadow since the three large storms that hit California in early January.
There is now parking for a couple of vehicles at the summer trailhead for Thunder Mountain and room for additional vehicles at Martin Meadow.
